<p><em>Advertiser for Africa</em> is a campaign being run by the Dorking and Leatherhead Advertiser newspaper in Surrey.</p>
<p>We are asking schools, youth groups, businesses and readers to organise fundraising events and donate money which will go towards the charity <a href="http://www.eastafricanplaygrounds.org/">East African Playgrounds</a>.</p>
<p>The charity aims to change the lives of children across East Africa by developing school environments through sports and play facilities.</p>
<p>Our chief reporter, Sam Blackledge, will visit Uganda in September to report on how your money is being spent, and how our campaign has helped.</p>
